Place Identity
When the docklands were in traditional use it used to have a strong community identity, however over time with the closing of the docklands, and multiple failed development sites have caused it to be a barren land. Which is why creating a new identity will be a fresh start, by integrating the old history of the site with surrounding communities for a multi-mixed identity

Green Corridor will help connect the blue and green networks in the area, which having both in London is extremely rare, while proving how living so close to an airport can be done with tranquillity through the silent bubbles

Heritage & Vibrancy
History is something heavily engraved into this site from its strong past, however over time this has been lost through the City Airport construction, and lack of community aspects, this development will help bring that back to life, adding a new style of vibrancy to help
